Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 7 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Within 60 days of scheduled arrival, payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the owner's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
If cancelled more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, a 1 night's rental is required for administrative fee.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT.
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed to prior to arrival.
Guest must wash and dry at least one load of towels prior to checking out.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of before checking out.
If cleaning personnel are required to take extra time (more than 4 hours) to clean the unit, guests will be billed at an additional $50 per hour.
Guests should notify the owner upon arrival of any damage.
No refunds will be given for hurricanes or storms. Owner highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
The Island of Maui occasionally experiences electric outages that are beyond owner's control. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Owner enforcing this agreement.
Cable TV is provided and the service level has been chosen by the Owner. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.
High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
